These look fabulous. I would prefer to simply bring them out as a special Christmas treat though. Otherwise the hygiene aspect is giving me palpitations, to say nothing of the attraction for ants, rats, and cockroaches.

I know what you mean Louise, although I would think that if they are up high on the tree they would be pretty safe. You could always construct a mini edible village!
